WorkHealth initiative
Nabenet Health has been successful in becoming an Endorsed Service Provider (ESP) for WorkHealth as part of the worker health check initiative due to commence on 3 August 2009 across metropolitan Melbourne and Geelong. This exciting program addresses preventable diseases such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease through the provision of worker health checks and is available to 2.6 million Victorian workers. More information and frequently asked questions regarding the WorkHealth program can be found on their website www.workhealth.vic.gov.au. If you would like worker health checks to occur at your workplace, an application form is available here. To select Nabenet Health as your service provider, complete the application form including Nabenet Health’s Identification Number 1015.
