Advanced RTW Claim Management Training
Do you want lower premium? Achieve sustainable RTW outcomes? Create a positive workplace culture? Do you have experience as a RTW Coordinator? Do you want to excel in RTW & claims management?
You can accomplish this by attending the “Advance Return to Work & Claims Management” session.
You can accomplish all this by completing the “Advanced Return to Work and Claims Management” workshop
Managing difficult WorkCover cases and the related cost is one of the most challenging issues employers have to deal with. With more than 158,000 Victorians injured at work from 2001-2006, a cost of more than $5 billion in compensation and rehabilitation, don’t become a statistic.
Don’t expose yourself to potential prosecutions or fines, act now and enrol into the Advanced RTW and Claims Management workshop.
This session covers managing more ‘difficult’ cases whilst building on the skills you have already acquired. The session will also provide participants with ‘hot inside’ tips of the industry to better equip you when you return workers back into the workplace.
The session also provides the opportunity to share ideas and experiences with others in the role and further develop your “tool kit” of strategies.
Session outline:
Session 1: Managing complex cases – specialist knowledge of managing complex cases, by exploring suitable duties dilemmas & potential pitfalls when sustainable RTW is not achieved.
